The Tooele City Library Enrich team has created a path to technology literacy training as a service. This process allows for building up from a program with a few staff members teaching classes, to a service where all staff members can assist patrons in learning digital literacy. Come learn how you can implement a technology training service for digital immigrants. This service has been implemented in steps. We will show you where we’ve been, where we are now, and where we are going as we develop this service for library patrons and community outreach. We will share impact stories from those we have already served.
