To Connect and To Serve: Building Community with Law Enforcement

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

We call the police when times are bad, but what about the good times? Law enforcement organizations face many of the same challenges as libraries, and together we can increase our impact in the community. Learn about Salt Lake County Library’s experiences in partnering with local law enforcement to operate a jail library, provide enrichment programs for incarcerated adults and youth, reduce gang influence, establish a youth peer court, and foster better relationships with the community.
