This is an interactive session covering the elements of putting up community engaging exhibits. It will focus on the resources the National Library of Medicine's award-winning Exhibition Program makes available online. These resources provide the basics needed for the exhibit so that all you have to add are the finishing touches to personalize it to your local user population. The exhibition program covers a variety of popular topics such as forensic medicine (think CSI), Frankenstein, Harry Potter, as well as U.S. Civil War doctors, nurses, and disabled veterans, and African-American academic surgeons.
